Hi-Lo Aerobics, Step Aerobics, HIIT, Strength Training, Dance Fitness/Zumba, X-Fit, Metabolics, Body Flex, Circuit Training & Basic Yoga. Led by a certified instructor, experience a diverse workout routine each day, 5 days a week!
Class Details:

Time: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM, Monday to Friday (No classes on institute holidays)

Fee: Rs 1500/month
